Overview: EDT Service Group is a full personal and business concierge service. We
just aren’t located in a lobby. We cater to your request...tutoring, educational consulting services, curriculum writing and development, life coaching, career counseling, job placement assistance, mentoring, personal shopper, errand runner, and much more...
How to contact: EDT Service Group is available via email

through Friday from 8:00AM – 6:00 PM and some Saturdays (per scheduling)
Services offered: Stay up to date on services and tickets available to you by following us on Facebook and Twitter.
If you do not see something listed, it does not mean we cannot help you. There are just too many
to list. Don’t see it…call us!
Cost: There is a minimal charge for you to use our service. You
just pay the cost of the service provided by the hour as needed. Generally, a fee of
$25.00 is charged per hour (depending on the service requested).There is no service
charge for tutoring ($25.00 per hour is the base fee).The rate may be slightly hire depending
on the course selected.
Discounts: All discounts are passed along directly to you.
Service Charges: We have negotiated to pay little or no
service charges. For example, if you ordered through Ticketmaster, you pay a
service charge. Order through us and there might be a reduced service charge or
no service charge at all.
Payments: We accept cash, check, PayPal, and credit
cards. If you use a credit card for certain tickets we have on hand in our
office (i.e. movie tickets, Six Flags) there is a 3.0% fee with a $15.00 minimum
order. We will tell you this when you place your order.
Credit cards: If you would like to use your credit card, we like to get
the information from you on the phone or via fax. We do not keep your
credit card information on file.

How To Place Your Order
Paying for services such as tutoring, local entertainment/tourist attractions (i.e. Six
Flags, Zoo, Movie Tickets, etc.):
We have tickets for most of the ongoing entertainment/tourist attractions on
hand in our office.
To order just contact us with your contact information and let us know how
you want to pay.
Tickets that we have on hand are delivered on the next business day (with an additional fee).
Please place your order by 2:00 PM to receive your tickets the next day.
If you are paying by check (recommended) or cash please have your payment
envelope readily available (leaving it with your receptionist is great) and our
driver will pick up your payment when he delivers your tickets.
Tickets
for Concerts, Stage Shows, Sporting Events, Children’s Theatre,
etc..
Contact us with the name and date of the event. At some of the venues (i.e.
sporting events) we can get you specific seat locations before you place your
order. At other venues (i.e. Stage Shows) we are only able to get you the
section location and the venue will get you the best available in that
particular section.
We will need your credit card information to place your order. The venue
will charge your card directly. Tickets are usually sent to our office and we
deliver them to you. However, if there is not enough time tickets can be held at
Will Call. Please be ready to present your ID and the credit card that was
charged when you pick up Will Call tickets.
Coupons
Any free passes and coupons listed are available to you. Just call or email
us to order. There are limited quantities and we cannot guarantee that the
passes will still be available when you call. These items are usually mailed to
you.
Service Request
The services are unlimited at EDT Service Group. If you have a special request for a service
call us. You can pay by the hour for task such as notary service, errands, personal shopping,
and many other needs. Just call or email us. We offer this service in other cities across the United States.
